Are you looking to sell a property?  This may be a private sale or you may require the assistance of our estate agency service.  Either way you will need a solicitor to undertake the conveyancing work for you once an offer has been accepted, i.e. to transfer the legal title of the property from your name to that of the buyer.  We will provide you with a competitive written quote for all conveyancing fees and outlays required and act for you on all steps from initially accepting an offer to conclusion and obtaining your money.
